General Information

Where and when will CONVERGE LIVE take place?
CONVERGE LIVE is a one-of-a-kind event bringing together visionary leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors to unlock new opportunities at the intersection of technology, sustainability and leadership, in business, sports, and entertainment.

Is there a dress code?
Given Singapore’s warm weather conditions in March, we encourage all attendees to adhere to a business casual dress code. The weather is set to be a high of 32°C/ 89°F.
Will there be Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue.

Event Registration

Is the event open to the public?
CONVERGE LIVE is an exclusive, invite-only event and is not open to the public. You may request an invitation through this link here. The editorial programme, activities, food and beverages at the event are complimentary.
Must I attend both event days?
CONVERGE LIVE is a two-day event with high-level networking opportunities, exclusive programming and interactive segments. While it is not compulsory to attend both event days, it is encouraged, with each day offering brand new opportunities and perspectives from our esteemed speakers and guests.
Can I bring a plus one to the event?
As this is an invite-only event, please write to converge.live@nbcuni.com should you wish to bring a plus one to the event and we will confirm their attendance within 48 hours.
How will I know if I have successfully registered for the event?
An attendance confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours of requesting an invitation. If you do not hear back from us within the stipulated time frame, please reach out to converge.live@nbcuni.com.
What do I need to bring for registration?
Please present your business name card or photo ID at the registration counter.

Will there be networking opportunities available?
There will be a whole host of networking opportunities, including various networking zones set up within the venue, roundtable discussions, and other opportunities throughout the event.
Will there be meeting pods available for use at the event?
Yes, there will be meeting pods made available for use at the event.
Are there any areas where I can rest and recharge?
Yes, there will be designated areas to rest and recharge at the venue during the event.
Will there be food & beverage options available during the event?
Yes, there will be complimentary options made available during the event.

Accommodation and Travel

Are there any visa requirements for international attendees?
Dependant on your country of residence, you may require a visa to enter Singapore. Please verify any potential visa requirements with your local government office.
What are some recommended travel routes to the venue?
Jewel is a 20-minute drive from the City Centre via East Coast Parkway (ECP).
Will the event organizers reimburse any travel expenses incurred?
No, the event organizers will not reimburse any travel expenses incurred. Attendees are required to cover all travel expenses incurred during the trip, including flight and accommodation.
Are there luggage storage services available at the event?
Yes, there is a designated area for luggage storage at Jewel Changi Airport. Please visit the Left Baggage service at Level 1. Please note that charges will apply.
Are there hotels with preferential rates?

How do I get to Jewel?
CONVERGE LIVE is happening at Level 5 of Jewel Changi Airport, 78 Airport Boulevard, Singapore 819666.
Upon arrival, there will be signage directing you to CONVERGE LIVE.

From Changi Airport Terminal 1
Jewel is connected to the Arrival Hall (level 1) of Terminal 1.

From Changi Airport Terminal 2
Jewel is a 5 to 10-minute walk via a link bridge from the Departure Hall (level 2) of Terminal 2 (near row 1).

From Changi Airport Terminal 3
Jewel is a 5 to 10-minute walk via a link bridge from the Departure Hall (level 2) of Terminal 3 (near row 11).

From Changi Airport Terminal 4
Take the free shuttle bus from Terminal 4 Arrival Lounge to Jewel/ Terminal 1 (opposite Jewel Level 2 Drop-off point). The direct shuttle bus service (Terminal 4 - Jewel) is available from 6am to 12am daily.

From Crowne Plaza
1. Walk out at Level 2 and turn right to Jewel walkway.
2. Walk along the travelator to the end – you'll see the entrance to Jewel.
3. You'll arrive in Level 3 of Jewel.
4. Take the escalator on your left to Level 4.
5. Take the escalator that sets Luckin Coffee to your right, up to Level 5.
By Car
Reserved complimentary parking is available at Jewel Basement 5 Lobby F. For directions, please refer to this video.

By Taxi / Ride-Hailing
The nearest pick-up and drop-off point is the Jewel Level 2 Pick-Up, between pillars 7 and 8.
Ride-hailing apps available in Singapore include: Grab, Go-Jek, TADA, Ryde and CDG Zig.

By Public Transport
Take the Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) to the Changi Airport Station (CG2). Upon exiting the station (CG2), Jewel is accessible via link bridges located at level 2 of Terminals 2 and 3.
There are two MRT lines that enable transfers to the Changi Airport Station (CG2):
- Using the East-West (Green) Line
  Take the MRT to the Tanah Merah station (EW4).
  Cross the platform to transfer to an Airport-bound train.
- Using the Downtown (Blue) Line
  Take the MRT to Expo station (DT35).
  Transfer to the eastbound East-West Line (Green Line) towards the Changi Airport station (CG2).
Is there a prayer room in Jewel?
There are no prayer rooms in Jewel. The nearest prayer room is located in Changi Airport Terminal 1 Transit Level 3 Departure Transit Hall East. View on map here.
